Kayla live from the row.
Today I took Kayla to the gym, so she could start her rehab. Last week she sprained her MCL.
So we started with a warm up on the SkiErg. The WOD was 10 min AMRAP of 5 pulls and 5 Kettlebell( #10) shoulder press.
