Today on the row i did the WOD with a few subs.
WOD:
5 rds
50 squats
25 sit-ups
200 m
Subbed sit up for squats.
Subbed SkiErg for running.
Time: 21:00
It felt good to be with my 5 o’clock crew. Even though I was in the back on Rehab Row. Training smart is hard work, but necessary.
